We offer a modest and affordable stay in Mentawai. Please do not expect western luxury. Our swimming pool is the sea right in front, our luxury is great weather and best surf conditions.

We have more than 20 world class waves in the area that we can chase with our wooden speedboats.
The legendary surf spot E-Bay breaks directly in front of our door, you can basically paddel out form our beach in front. Surf spots Beng Bengs and Pitstop are just a short walk to each side away. On the other side of the island you will find one of the worlds best right-hander barrels Bankvaults and always-working right wave Nipussi.
Our surf camp is located on Nyang-Nyang Island also known as Masokut Island in Sumatra – Indonesia – the heart of Mentawai. Get ready for an experience the Mentawai way!

Our wooden bungalows serve as shared rooms but can also be booked as private rooms upon request. Private rooms are available for couples or as single rooms. Western style toilets and showers are shared. Mosquito nets, fans, towels and sockets are provided in all of our rooms.

Price details
-Prices are per person and day in shared rooms, couple rooms or private rooms (depending on availability)
–High Season: 15. May – 30. September
-Low Season: 1. October – 14. May
-Check-in and check-out only Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays according to public ferry schedule
-Mentawai surf tax will be collected by government officials upon arrival at the harbor ( 2 milion IDR aprox 120 €). Please bring local cash. There is no ATM here.
-Transportation can be booked extra if not included in your package (see below)
-For groups of 8 people and more we offer special discounts (bigger group, bigger discount)
-Bungalows can also be booked as private rooms on request

Transporation Packages
-We pick up all our guests from Siberut harbor (public ferry) and charge an obligatory transport fee of 85€ in the booking process
-For basic package guests: the boat transfer back to Siberut harbor from the Camp is not included: 150 € per boat. It can be shared with up to 5 people.
-Pick up from the Airport with transportation to accommodation in Padang and transfer to the Harbour next morning: 40 € / person (min. 3 persons, hostel not included, ferry not included)
If you want a full no brainer transportation service from airport back to airport including accommodation in Padang and all the ferry stuff, ask us for a quote.

On Camp Services
Please bring local currency (cash) if you want to buy drinks at the camp. There is no ATM on our island. If you run out of cash, exceptionally you can pay by WISE transfer.
